Preamble
Whereas the First Party is one of the specialized companies in the field of home maintenance services within the State of Kuwait, possessing the necessary expertise and capabilities to carry out all required maintenance works for the property owned by the Second Party, located at:

Therefore, both parties, being fully legally competent to contract and act, have agreed to enter into this agreement under the following terms and conditions.
Clause One
The above preamble shall be considered an integral and inseparable part of this agreement and shall be referred to in the application and interpretation of all its provisions.
Clause Two
Both parties agree that the First Party shall carry out the maintenance works in accordance with the terms specified in this agreement and based on the prices determined by the First Party, which the Second Party has agreed to pay as stated herein.
Both parties further agree that any maintenance works required for the Second Party’s property that are not included within the scope of this agreement shall only be carried out after submitting a report and quotation to the Second Party and obtaining their written approval before execution.
Clause Three
Both parties agree that the duration of this agreement shall be one year, commencing from __ / __ / ____ until __ / __ / ____, and shall be automatically renewed unless either party notifies the other party of its unwillingness to renew by means of an official written notice at least 30 days prior to the expiry of the agreement or any renewed term.
Clause Four
Subscription Value
Super Subscription: KWD 495 (Four Hundred Ninety-Five Kuwaiti Dinars) for 45 visits.
Premium Subscription: KWD 130 (One Hundred Thirty Kuwaiti Dinars) for 10 visits.
Basic Subscription: KWD 75 (Seventy-Five Kuwaiti Dinars) for 5 visits.
Payment shall be made 100% upon signing.
This subscription does not include spare parts, demolition works, repairs requiring an external workshop, finishing works, or sewer unclogging using machinery.
Clause Five (Spare Parts)
This agreement does not include any spare parts. The Second Party shall be obligated to pay the invoice issued by the First Party in the event that spare parts are provided by the First Party, provided that such parts are supplied at the lowest possible cost.
Failure to settle the value of spare parts shall result in the cancellation of the subscription.
Terms and Conditions
No party other than the First Party shall be permitted to perform maintenance works during the contract period. Any violation of this clause shall render the agreement null and void.
In the event that the Second Party fails to fulfill its financial obligations as stated in Clause Four of this agreement, the service shall be automatically suspended without the need for any legal action.
The Second Party shall not be entitled to deduct any amounts for any suspension of service caused by reasons attributable to them, nor claim compensation by extending the service period, without the need for any legal action.
The First Party shall not be liable for any damages affecting the scope of work resulting from external factors, power outages, disasters, riots, strikes, wars, accidents, negligence, vandalism, misuse, or any reasons beyond the company’s control.
In the event of contract cancellation by the Second Party after execution of this agreement, no refund shall be made, and all amounts paid shall be deemed due and payable to the First Party as administrative fees.
Service requests must be submitted through the company’s official website. Technical support is available 24 hours for emergencies at: 22094040 – 1886554, provided that visits shall be scheduled during official working hours according to the company’s timetable.
The purpose of the above maintenance works is to preserve the scope of work for the longest possible period and does not guarantee against damage caused by other factors.
Plumbing works do not include leakage repairs requiring floor or wall demolition and do not include the main drainage system of the property.
Electrical works do not include internal or external wiring requiring floor or wall demolition and do not include decoration works, insulation works, or ceramic works.
The subscription does not include any works requiring an external workshop.
Additional Benefits for Subscription Clients
Upon signing the subscription agreement, the client shall receive a 50% discount on any works not covered under the subscription.
Spare parts shall be provided at cost price upon the request of the Second Party, provided that payment is made accordingly.
Priority shall be given in responding to service requests.
Notices
The addresses of both parties stated in the preamble of this agreement shall be considered the official addresses for all correspondence and notices.
Such addresses shall remain valid unless either party notifies the other of a new address for official use, either by registered mail or by hand delivery against signed acknowledgment of receipt.
Each party must notify the other party at least 7 days prior to changing its address. Any notice, notification, or warning sent to the previously registered address shall remain legally valid and binding if the address change was made in violation of this clause.
Jurisdiction and Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and rules in force in the State of Kuwait.
Any dispute arising out of, in connection with, or related to the execution or interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved before the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
